The Greater New York Chapter invites proposals for its fall meeting to be held Saturday, 26 September 2026 at the CUNY Graduate Center.

Please send abstracts for 20 minute papers by 31 August to both DrJSDailey “at” aol.com and jonathan.waxman “at” gmail.com. Write the abstract in the e mail–no attachments. Include your name, affiliation (if you have one), e mail, phone number and a brief bio.

At this meeting, there will be a roundtable discussion on “What is American Music?” The roundtable will begin with five-minute position papers, after which we will open it up to discussion.
