The American Musicological Society (AMS) is pleased to announce that the following in-person special events have been proposed and accepted for inclusion in the 2026 AMS Annual Meeting, which will be held online 14–15 and 19–20 November 2026. In-person special events are lectures, panels, roundtables and performances organized by AMS chapters, study groups, and committees. All accepted proposals will receive up to $3500 to defray the cost of organizing the proposed event. More information about these and all other annual meeting sessions will be made available later this summer.
