Accessibility Requests

The AMS is committed to organizing conferences that are accessible and affordable. For information about our accessibility programs, visit the annual meeting website. Attendees with special accessibility needs may request special accommodations in advance. To make an accessibility request, please send it to events [at] amsmusicology.org. Requests are handled confidentially by AMS staff and are not shared. Because accessibility needs can vary greatly, requests for accessibility support are handled on a case-by-case basis. Every effort will be made to accommodate such requests, provided they are within the means and capacities of the Society.
