AMSMT YOGA FLOW
Join me for an invigorating and calming yoga flow on the Friday and Saturday mornings of the conference at 7AM in Texas B. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat or a towel with you to practice. We will begin and end with 5 minutes of mindfulness meditation, with an invigorating and relaxing, open-level yoga flow in between.
